International Flights

How do I book an airport transfer?
You can book by calling us at (786) 873-7304 or filling out the quote form on this page. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, though we do accommodate last-minute requests when possible. Please provide your flight number, flight date, arrival/departure time, passenger count, pickup location, and drop-off location.
What's included in the price?
The flat rate includes your private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, a professional licensed chauffeur, and complimentary wait time (30 minutes for domestic flights, 1 hour 15 minutes for international). Tolls and fuel are included. The base price covers up to 8 passengers — additional passengers are $15 per person (max 14). Credit card payments are subject to applicable sales tax and a 3.2% processing fee. Gratuity is not included — industry standard is 15–20%.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track all flights in real time and adjust your driver's arrival accordingly. Call us as soon as you land and we'll coordinate from there. We're 10 minutes from both MIA and FLL so we can move fast.
What's the difference between curbside pickup and Meet & Greet?
Curbside pickup means your driver meets you at the arrivals curb outside the terminal. Meet & Greet ($45 additional) means your driver comes inside the terminal to baggage claim with a sign bearing your name — ideal for first-time visitors, international arrivals, or anyone who wants a seamless experience from the moment they land.
How many passengers can you accommodate?
Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter accommodates up to 14 passengers. Base pricing includes up to 8 passengers — additional passengers are $15 per person. Yes. We serve all major Miami hotels, PortMiami, and Port Everglades. If you're arriving by cruise ship and need transportation to the airport or your hotel, we handle that too.

Can I book a round trip?
Absolutely. Round trip bookings are available and we recommend booking both legs at the same time to lock in your rate and guarantee availability for your return. Pricing is identical in both directions — MIA to hotel or hotel to MIA is the same rate.
What about luggage?
Luggage capacity depends on passenger count and luggage size. For oversized luggage, golf clubs, strollers, wheelchairs, or excessive baggage, please contact dispatch before booking so we can ensure adequate space.
