30 minutes of free wait time after your scheduled landing. We'll be there when you walk out.
International Flights
1 hour 15 minutes of free wait time after your scheduled landing — enough time to clear customs and collect your luggage without feeling rushed.
Need more time? Just call us — we're flexible and we'd rather wait than have you scrambling.

How do I book an airport transfer?
You can book by calling us at (786) 873-7304 or filling out the quote form on this page. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, though we do accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
What's included in the price?
The flat rate includes your private vehicle, a professional licensed driver, and complimentary wait time (30 minutes for domestic flights, 1 hour 15 minutes for international). Tolls and fuel are included. Gratuity is not included — industry standard is 15–20%.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track all flights in real time and adjust your driver's arrival accordingly. Call us as soon as you land and we'll coordinate from there. We're 10 minutes from both MIA and FLL so we can move fast.
What's the difference between curbside pickup and Meet & Greet?
Curbside pickup means your driver meets you at the arrivals curb outside the terminal. Meet & Greet ($45 additional) means your driver comes inside the terminal to baggage claim with a sign bearing your name — ideal for first-time visitors, international arrivals, or anyone who wants a seamless experience from the moment they land.
How many passengers can you accommodate?
Our standard airport transfer van accommodates up to 10 passengers. For larger groups, we have additional vehicles available including our Mercedes Sprinter Van and coach buses. Contact us for group pricing.
Do you serve hotels and cruise ports?
Yes. We serve all major Miami hotels, PortMiami, and Port Everglades. If you're arriving by cruise ship and need transportation to the airport or your hotel, we handle that too.
Can I book a round trip?
Absolutely. Round trip bookings are available and we recommend booking both legs at the same time to lock in your rate and guarantee availability for your return.
