Miami Shuttle Van provides party bus rentals, limousine services, private shuttle transportation, and group transportation in and around Miami, Florida. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

2. Bookings and Reservations

Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A reservation is only confirmed once you have received written or verbal confirmation from a Miami Shuttle Van representative and any required deposit has been received.

You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including event date, time, pickup location, number of passengers, and any special requirements. Changes to booking details must be communicated to us as early as possible and may be subject to additional fees or availability.

3. Cancellation Policy

4. Passenger Responsibilities

By booking with Miami Shuttle Van, you and your group agree to:

• Comply with all instructions from the driver
• Adhere to applicable laws and regulations at all times
• Not engage in illegal activity on or around our vehicles
• Not cause damage to vehicles, equipment, or property
• Ensure all passengers meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption if applicable
• Be responsible for the behavior of all passengers in your group

Miami Shuttle Van reserves the right to terminate a trip at any time if passengers behave in a way that is unsafe, illegal, or disruptive. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

5. Damage and Liability

The client (the person who makes the reservation) is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or its contents by any member of their group during the rental period. Damage costs will be charged to the client at our discretion.

Miami Shuttle Van shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our maximum liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid for that specific booking.
